DAV Barmana has a rich infrastructure and the best quality sports equipments. The school has both indoor and outdoor plays area for the students. For indoor games the school has a table tennis court. For outdoor games the school has a volleyball field, football ground, basket ball field, and badminton court. The students of classes Nur to XII are divided into four houses with compete with each other, thereby developing and enthusiasm  for sports and spirit of healthy competition. Inter house and inter school matched are conducted annually. It provides physical fitness training session, aerobics, yoga and free hand exercises.
